My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were immaculately clean and very comfortable, perfect for traveling with my 6-month-old baby and her pack n play. The staff was incredibly friendly, although not always the most professional. The location was pretty decent for our trip itinerary, near Opryland and a short distance from downtown. The dining options were standard fare, nothing exceptional. Overall, it offered good value for money despite some hiccups.
The hotel offers last great clean rooms with a good breakfast and outstanding front desk people. However, the service was a bit inconsistent at times. The location is convenient with easy access to various attractions, but the dining experience could be improved.
